Don Fernando is a director and actor of pornographic films. He has been in the pornography business since 1977 and has won the Best Supporting Actor Award twice during the Festival de Cine Erotica-Barcelona Fernando has won the award for Best Actor at the 2006 EXPOSEX Madrid Awards Gala, and he was inducted into the X-Rated Critics Organization Hall of Fame in 1997. He was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame during the 2004 AVN Awards, and, in March 2005, he received the Lifetime Achievement Award in Brussels during the Brussels International Festival of Eroticism. As of October 15, 2014 he is still performing as an actor in adult videos focusing mostly on character roles with heavy dialogue in multiple languages. He still directs and does his own video camera work.
